International Shipping

Yes, we ship internationally via DHL Express.

Returns Policy

Our Hybrid Colour Sticks undergo thorough quality assurance checks to ensure only the best products reach you. However, if by any chance your Hybrid Colour Stick arrives damaged, we are happy to replace your order.

Please take a video and send it to us at hello@fivebeauty.co, and we'll revert in 3-5 business days.

We do not accept refunds and exchanges.

Cancellation Policy

Unfortunately, once your Five Beauty order has been placed and confirmed, cancellation is no longer possible.

However, order details such as delivery address and contact information may be changed upon request.

You may contact us at hello@fivebeauty.co within 12 hours of placing your order so adjustments may be made prior to shipping.

The Five Beauty support team is available on weekdays from 9:00AM to 5:00PM PHT.
